Service Level Agreement(SLA)

Companies which become a ″Service Level Agreement″ or
SLA Client will be appointed the status of Premier Client. All Premier Clients will receive the
highest level of preferential treatment including discounted prices and privileged response times.
An SLA is a full service approach for Resolve I.T. Inc to proactively manage all of your Information
Technology needs. If your company is interested in a long term strategic approach to leveraging
information technology to meet your core business objects this is the right solution for you!

Blocks of Time (BOT)
|
Companies which purchase a ″Block of Time″ or BOT will be appointed the status
of Client. All Clients will receive preferential treatment including discounted prices and privileged
response times over AdHoc customers. Resolve I.T. Inc provides Block of Time services in increments of 5, 10 and 20 hour
increments at rates lower than our AdHoc services. If your company has a special project or may utilize more than five hours of Resolve I.T. Inc services a any given time
please ask your Resolve I.T. representative if a BOT is right for you. |

AdHoc Support Services
|
Are you frustrated with your Information Technology (I.T.) and need HELP right away? Resolve I.T. Inc′s AdHoc Support Services might be the right fit for you.
AdHoc is defined as ″For this purpose″ refers to dealing with special situations as they occur rather than functions that are repeated on a regular basis. Something that is AdHoc or that is done on an AdHoc basis happens or is done only when the situation makes it necessary or desirable, rather than being arranged in advance or being part of a general plan.
Resolve I.T. Inc′s AdHoc Support Services are defined as unplanned and/or emergency work for customers that choose not to purchase a ″Block of Time″ and do not participate in any other of Resolve′s Projects/Programs/ Services. |
